HP Deskjet 3630 Unbox Setup

  1. First Open HP DeskJet 3630 Unbox Setup Control Panel: is present with 9 press buttons and 6 LED lights and a LCD display Panel
  2. Wireless button with LED light: signals the printer wireless connection status. List of different types of wireless status are follows
    • A Solid blue LED light indicates the readiness of your Wireless connection setup
    • A Slow blinking LED light signals the Wireless connection enabled, however unsynchronized on the network connection.
    • A Fast blinking LED light signals wireless connection in disabled status
    • OFF LED Light indicates that a wireless connection is said to be OFF and disabled
    • ON press button and LED Light: Enables the DeskJet Power ON/OFF control
    • ON button LED light: designates three types of DeskJet Operation Status. Firstly, Power button LED Light gets Dimmed then your DeskJet is into Sleep Mode, or else Blinking state then this signals a print operation, else if Fast Blinking state then this signals Error Status condition
    • Wi-Fi Direct Press button and LED light: signals the printer Wi-Fi direct operation status. Few of the different kinds of status are

  3. Cancel press button: Terminates the current task
  4. ePrint press button and LED Light: indicates the availability of the Printer to ePrint
    • LED ON indicates ePrint service is enabled on your Copier
    • LED OFF indicates ePrint service is disabled on your Printer
    • A slow blinking LED Light indicates ePrint service is enabled but unavailable
  5. Resume press button and LED Light: Press Resume button to continue with the Print Job. Resume LED light shows the Printer is in error state or warning state
  6. Start Copy Black press button: Press this button to start the Black Copy task
  7. Start Copy Color press button: Press this button to start the Color Copy task
  8. Information button and LED light: signals that you can press this button to get the Information page printed
  9. Ink Alert LED Light: signals the Ink Level present in your Cartridges
  10. ON indicates that an HP ink cartridge absent or not installed properly
  11. Blinking LED indicates both of your ink cartridges removed or not installed properly

Unpack Printer Setup and Install

  1. Simply unpack your DeskJet 2130 from the Box to initially Setup the Device
  2. Snap all the tapes and packing’s from your printer
  3. Peel the stickers on your Printer Control Panel
  4. Open the Scanner and peel off the tapes
  5. Open cartridge access door and get rid of internal packing’s and tapes
  6. Remove all tapes from your Paper Tray and glide the pair off Paper Width guides on towards the tray edges
  7. Place A4 sheets within the Paper tray

  3. Open Automatic Setup file from DeskJet 3630 CD folder and follow up with the onscreen instruction set to finish the printer software setup
  4. Use the Output Tray Extender for your convenience
  5. Once Print Test Page is given then you can exit printer setup
